How fit do i need to be?

That really depends what you want to do, for walking adventures the ability to walk for 8-10hours in the hills with a bag is all that's required we will be in no rush.

For running adventures, the pace is the pace you want to go, with mountain running we shall mostly be walking the up hill, and jogging where we can depending on the ground conditions.  ( a training guide can be discussed when booking)

3

What kit do I need?

A specific kit list will be provided to you tailored to your individual adventure.

I will always carry and emergency shelter and first aid kit for the group.

Your own personal medicines and a small first aid kit (plasters and blister care) should be in your kit.
